360-degree Quicktime image of Mars has to be some kind of a landmark in photography, taking its place in a line that goes back to the great landscape photographers of the American west. Posted, ironically, as a new form of digital image display in the same week that Kodak announces it will no longer make traditional film cameras for the U.S. market."
