The
Tribeca Film Festival has partnered with Amazon.com to launch a short film contest.
Filmmakers with works up to seven minutes in length can
submit them now through April 13 to Amazon.com. Submitted films will be posted at Amazon beginning April 18 and will be voted on by viewers to the site. The top-five rated films will be available for viewing through the end of May, when one filmmaker will be awarded a prepaid AmEx card worth $50,000.

I don't know how the animated gif you posted relates to the story, but I love it. I can just watch those guys dance for hours. Who was the choreographer?

I found it on a Brazilian Web site and --even though it has nothing whatsoever to do with the contest -- I just had to use it. It's hypnotic.

The site has launched:
Amazon Short Film Festival. We would love for you to check out some films and even email us feedback (good or bad) at shortfilms-feedback @ amazon.com.
I worked on the project and I wrote a bit about it on my blog.
