Fresno is known as ‘the world’s capital’ of: street gangs, methamphetamine, welfare, and “pocket poverty” (ghettos). The street gangs produced a DVD “Fresno Uncensored” an instruction manual on how to commit a crime. It was sold legally in stores. As a response the citizens formed the ‘Police Watch’ to videotape the police incompetence. THE END OF THE LAST EMPIRE would be filmed in the Fresno streets and would include some of the citizen’s videotaping. The mystery – why the Mayor and the Governor never even mentioned about the new preventive technology which could paralyze the street gangs and the selling of drugs?
18) CRIME IS THE ECONOMIC NECESSITY – CPI (Crime Processing Industry) is the largest industrial complex in the world with 32 million employees (policemen, lawyers, prison guards, etc.) which constitutes 1/3 of the U.S. work force and 87% of legislators are lawyers. The U.S. is spending half of the national budget on crime. To protect the CPI job security the Congress is enacting “soft” laws. As a result the national deficit is $7 trillion. With about $1 trillion for Katrina plus the war in Iraq, the deficit can reach $9 trillion within 8 months, so the taxes need to be increase by 14%, or the foreign lenders becomes the “Shadow Cabinet” of the U.S. Government. The proposed “solution” on crime as was stated by former federal official (09/14/05), is to pay Black mothers to encourage abortion of their child. Similar statement was made by Hitler in 1938 to force abortion of Jewish children. This statement did give the beginning of genocide of 45 million people.
19) WE STRONGLY SUPPORT OUR TROOPS IN IRAQ – we are not against war. But, we do not support the cowboy mentality, whereas a cowboy shooting from the hip without knowing why he is shooting. We have invaded Iraq unprepared without knowing about ‘suicide bombers’ and without knowing that we are going to fight not a conventional war, but un-winnable religious crusade. 20) HURRICANE KATRINA DESTRUCTION. The President admitted (09/13/05) that – there was a total SYSTEM failure for which he is taking the full responsibility; If so, is he going to resign? A response on expected disaster is literally required within minutes. No government SYSTEM can do that. The White House refused to give money to strengthen the levees. This was the death sentence for New Orleans. 4) First responders system failed on 9/11. Four years latter for Katrina this system hasn’t been fixed. The reason – Congress refused to ask the TV Networks to give up some of the satellite time for emergency purposes. 5) The Preventive Science Institute was submitting to the government new technologies to prevent hurricane damages. They did not reply. 6) The National Hurricane Center projected 5 days in advance that New Orleans might be destroyed. 7) The Homeland Security squandered $10 billion dollars on ‘pork belly’ for politicians, but they say NO to fix the levees. 8) The aftermath: they didn’t evacuate poor and disabled people (mostly Blacks), didn’t use school buses for evacuation and didn’t bring the National Guards for 4 days. 9) They ordered police to run for higher grounds (30% police didn’t show up for duty). New Orleans police’s corruption is legendary. They looted stores and on 10/11/05 mercilessly beat up an old man a victim of Katrina.
As a result of these ‘nine failures hundreds of people died. The ‘closure’ could be a multi-trillion dollar citizen’s suit against politicians, building contractors and Army Corps of Engineers for conspiracy and criminal negligence. To rebuild all the homes would cost about 15 times more than building a new residential suburb. Downtown New Orleans should be preserved as a national monument similar to Pompeii or the Tower of Piza in Italy. The tourism alone could recapture the $200 billion dollar losses.
To rebuild a city 10ft. bellow sea level would be insanity. It will be destroyed again soon. According to Weather Bureau the temperature of the Atlantic Ocean is progressively increasing and as a result the strength of hurricanes quadrupled in the last 10 years. The citizens shouldn’t come back to New Orleans. The homes are infected by mold. This is a breading ground for unknown chronic diseases and allergies. The New Orleans’s homes are inhabitable.

They did not reply. 6) The National Hurricane Center projected 5 days in advance that New Orleans might be destroyed. 7) The Homeland Security squandered $10 billion dollars on ‘pork belly’ for politicians, but they say NO to fix the levees. 8) The aftermath: they didn’t evacuate poor and disabled people (mostly Blacks), didn’t use school buses for evacuation and didn’t bring the National Guards for 4 days. 9) They ordered police to run for higher grounds (30% police didn’t show up for duty). New Orleans police’s corruption is legendary. They looted stores and on 10/11/05 mercilessly beat up an old man a victim of Katrina.
As a result of these ‘nine failures hundreds of people died. The ‘closure’ could be a multi-trillion dollar citizen’s suit against politicians, building contractors and Army Corps of Engineers for conspiracy and criminal negligence. To rebuild all the homes would cost about 15 times more than building a new residential suburb. Downtown New Orleans should be preserved as a national monument similar to Pompeii or the Tower of Piza in Italy. The tourism alone could recapture the $200 billion dollar losses.
To rebuild a city 10ft. bellow sea level would be insanity. It will be destroyed again soon. According to Weather Bureau the temperature of the Atlantic Ocean is progressively increasing and as a result the strength of hurricanes quadrupled in the last 10 years. The citizens shouldn’t come back to New Orleans. The homes are infected by mold. This is a breading ground for unknown chronic diseases and allergies. The New Orleans’s homes are inhabitable.
IN CONCLUSION - hopefully the terrorists don’t learn that the Americans don’t understand what is ‘Preventive Science’ and don’t know how to prevent expected disasters, never mind unexpected terrorist attacks. We asking you, please get involved in prevention technology. Helping victims is a noble cause, but development of preventive devices is our civic obligation and the only defense against terrorism.
