Working-class people who can't afford to purchase newspapers, books and newspapers or purchase tickets to movies shouldn't be excluded from obtaining information for free from the internet. Like the public library, the internet that was originally developed with public funds should always provide its content to the public for free.
Similarly, during this historical period of economic depression in the United States, we should move towards a situation where ticket prices at all U.S. Big Media Monopoly conglomerate-owned theatres and concert arenas should be dramatically rolled-back in order to not exclude U.S. working-class people.
In addition, filmmakers and U.S. working-class film fans should be allowed to begin to democratically control all U.S. film studios that are presently owned by any of the global mass media conglomerates in order to be able to operate these film studios on a non-profit, commercial/political censorship-free basis.
Finally,, filmmakers might consider posting public domain "Bloggywood" screenplays, like the fictional "Fugitive Generation" screenplay on the internet, so that U.S. working-class movie fans can begin to check out for free what kind of film scripts are being produced and not produced these days.

I'm assuming BF is stationed someplace inside the DPRK. For his/her suggestion to lower ticket prices at conglomerate theaters, what would that do to local theaters and mom and pop theaters who can't lower their ticket prices? Suddenly those people, the working class of the theater business, would be out of business. Did I just hear your head explode?
I think the proletariat needs to teach you better economics lessons.
