Neptune Cowboy
A new 35mm full-length feature film by Energy Alliance Entertainment and writer/producer/director Daniel Wolfert. Original music by Pete Munday, who also plays the title character.
The plot and action of Neptune Cowboy are driven by the male leads and their differing ways of searching for love and acceptance. But the emotional heart of the story centers on the journey of Brandi and Melissa. As a character-driven romantic drama, the film explores some of the darker contemporary social issues. But it provides the viewer with a life-affirming, consciousness-challenging and entertaining experience that is both artistically and thematically beautiful. As we are drawn into the story by the heart-rendering experiences of it characters, we are reminded that all acts of evil can be traced back to someone's failure to love.

Netomat
In the summer of 1999 netomat was conceived as a network-based art project created by Maciej Wisniewski. The project introduced a more open, free-form and flexible alternative to traditional page-based HTML browsers and search engines. It launched at Postmasters Gallery in New York City and was downloaded by close to a million people in 80 countries. Maciej then partnered with Tamas Banovich, curator and co-owner of Postmasters, to expand the vision of the art project and to productize the powerful technology. In the fall of 2000, they partnered with two software veterans, Alan Gershenfeld and Kris Ramanathan, to found netomat, Inc. and to build a creative, innovative, profitable and responsible software company. Building upon the vision and technology of the original art project, netomat is now exploring ways to create more open, free-form and flexible alternatives to personal communication online.

Never Submit
Never Submit" is a movie which portrays the thrill of victory and agony of defeat within the sport of Mixed Martial Arts. The story is set in a tournament setting similar to the movie "Bloodsport," but rather than exploiting the sport as underground no-holds-barred fighting, it seeks to portray the sport in a realistic and positive light. The movie will be an inspirational tale similar to "Rocky." Unlike "Rocky" the lead character is an educated young man, rather than a beaten-down punch-drunk fighter. Mr. Hergott comments: "MMA is a very intellectual sport. A physical chess match. I want to portray the sport and its fighters as intelligent rather than dumb brawlers, as is often done in other movies."

In 2004, James Hergott (Director/Writer) went solo with the production and direction of his first feature film “All That I Need.”
http://allthatineed.net
The film debuted at the Cannes International Film Festival Market in 2005 as part of a roster of films presented by Beverly Hills production company Imperia Entertainment.

James was able to secure a limited theatrical release of “All That I Need” with the Regal/UA Theatre chain that exhibited the film on screens across the country. Hergott has also been featured in over 200 media outlets throughout the U.S. and Canada as well as a number of national publications including Indie Slate and Create Magazines.

"Never Submit" is sure to be another winner for Mr. Hergott.

Northfork
Northfork is a film that indeed depends on how one looks at it. Rooted in magical realism, it is a unique American fairy tale about roots to the land, fear of change, saying goodbye, the fragility of angels and faith, the nature of storytelling, about individualism and, most of all, about the many ways Americans dream about the future. With both its tongue in its cheek and its heart on its sleeve, Northfork mixes absurdist comedy and visual inventiveness with stark poignancy to forge an entertainment that boldly stands apart.
